The funeral of the late Mr G. If. Parsons, who met his death ir. the tunnel on Tuesday morning, took place at Bromley cemetery this morning, and was largely attended. The Rev J. R. Young conducted the service. Among those present was the Hon G. W. Russell, who it the graveside paid a high tribute to Mr Parsons, whom he had known for man” rears, for his sterling qualities, and particularly his kindness and charity to all.
