UNABLE TO ATTEND.
MR MASSEY AND IMPERIAL CONFERENCES. The “London “Times” of March 9 contains the following telegram from its Wellington correspondent:— “Owing to the political situation. Mr Massey, the Prime Minister, has advised the Secretary of State for the Colonies that he will be unable to attend the proposed Imperial Conference or the proposed Economic Con ference in London this year.”
