THE OAMARU SEAT.
AFTER THE FIGHT. (Special to the Star.”) OAMARU, May 2. Hundreds of congratulatory telegrams, from all parts of the Dominion, were received this morning by Mr Wiliord and Mr Macpherson. Several also have been received by the “Mail,” which was described by Mr Massey as tl the funny little evening paper.” Th©re is a general feeling of satisfaction througnout the town and district at the result.
