WATERED WICKETS.
INQUIRY ON TUESDAY. The inquiry into the allegation of watered wickets at Lancaster Park will be commenced on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the rooms of the Canterbury Auto mobile Association. The inquiry has been undertaken by the Management Committee of the Cricket Council at the request of the Wellington Cricket Association. Messrs D. C. Collins and J. S. Hiddleston, of Wellington, will arrive in Christchurch on Tuesday morning to give evidence.
