At last night’s meeting of the New Zealand Cricket Council it was decided that the council, in co-operation with the Canterbury Cricket Association, afould present a. testimonial to Mr F. O. Raphael as a token of appreciation of the service he has rendered New Zealand cricket during his thirty vo«rs aaeo(nation with it.
