MR LLOYD GEORGE’S APPEAL.

Mr Lloyd George, speaking at Manchester in support of the effort to liquidate rhe debt on the local hospital, said that if the voluntary hospital system broke down, the cost of hospitals would be increased threefold. Eminent doctors would not give their services without fee, and the country would lose wffiat money could -not buy—-hurrfon sympathy.
