ALL NIGHT WAIT.

CUP TIE CROWDS LIGHT FIRES. SPECTATORS ARRIVE ON FRIDAY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Keuter’s Telegrams. (Received April 30, 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, April 29. The spectators for the English football cup final, at which the crowd overwhelmed the police, commenced to arrive on Friday night and were reinforced all night long by a stream of new arrivals. Many travelled hundreds of miles. There were weird scenes outside, where groups sat round fires attempting to keep warm. The crowd was largely composed of Lancastrians (followers of Bolton, the winners), many fancifully attired. Numbers of ticket-holders, and later special ticket holders’ trains en route to London, were stopped and sent back.
