A new telephone scheme begins ** on Tuesday, by which subscribers mav ring exchanges between five o’clock in the evening and midnight, and learn the weather that is expected in their district in England until six o’clock on the following evening. Mural subscribers will receive the information free, while others will pay a call fee.
