A feature of the municipal elections, states a Press Association message from Wellington, was the success of what is known as the “Citizens’ Ticket.” Thirteen of the fifteen councillors were returned on this ticket, all Hie Hospital Board mem hers but one Labour man, and all the Harbour Board members.
