CHARGE OF THEFT. (Per Press Association.) MASTERTON, April 12. Ralph Percy Cook, au accountant in .he municipal gas department, was arrested in Christchurch for the alleged heft of £54 10s od. Cook told the ! hristchurcli police that/there were do •alrations in' the books in Masterton imounting to about £3OO.
