Th© Canadian Government has ordered a search for an international licet of narcotic traffickers who are operating off the Canadian coast. The Government has also advised the League of Nations secretariat of the fleet’s activities. It is believed that larae quantities of drugs are being smuggled from Germany to French and Spanish ports, after which they are shipped to small islands off Newfoundland, from which the smugglers run them into Canada and the United States.
