COMMONWEALTH FIGURES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cabin Association. (Received April 10, 8.55 a.m.) MELBOURNE, April 10. The vital statistics of the Commonwealth for 192 show that- the death late was 9.2 per 1000, the lowest on record. The birth rate was higher than in any other year, except 1914, and the marriage rate of 8 per 1000 was 1.8 below 1921. and .6 below 1920.
