Horniblow at the rate of 5s per week, in default seven days’ imprisonment. POSSESSION OF TENEMENT. Mrs Alice Emily Vincent (Mr A. S. Taylor), claimed possession of a tene ment situated at 316, Cashel Street, and occupied by Mrs Florence Annie Saggers, on the ground that the rent was in arrea-s. An order was made for possession on or before February 1.
