The trial grass gallop was again available for fast work at Trentham this morning and considering the large amount of rain that had fallen overnight. it was in good order. Red Courier sprinted four furlongs in 52sec, Wink and Bavana taking 52 3-ssec. Insurrection and Palestrina covered r, mile and a quarter in 2min ISsec. Epitaph sprinted four furlongs in v Bonnie Heather and Rapine covered a mile in lmin 46sec. Comical and Diamond Ring ran the last seven furlongs of a mile in lmin 34sec. Winning Hit and Anc *lc did six furlongs in lmin 20soo. Alfort and Muraahi taking lmin 335->c for seven furlongs. Cupidon covered t-h.r last six furlongs of a round in lmi:- 20see.
