The Storm i a due on Saturday from Pioton. The vessel prooeeds the same day to Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru. The Breeze sailed last night for Wellington and Wanganui. She is due back about the 27th to load for the north. The Calm is due to-morrow from Wellington to load Bluff. Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru cargo. The Opihi will go into dock for cleaning and painting to-day, and will be refloated on Monday. The Opua will afterwards be dooked for her annual survey and overhauling. The Orepuki, fxom Port Craig, via Dunedin and Oamaru. is due to-morrow to load general cargo for Greymouth. She sails for the West Ooa«t to-morrow evenHolmdale arrive dthis morning from Timaru to load for Wellington and Wanganui. She sails for the north this evetiThe Canopus went out into the stream at 10 a.m. yesterday to await two able seamen. The vessel was still in the stream this morning. The Ruapehu arrived from Wellington this morning to discharge London cargo. The Canadian Pioneer, on completion of the exchange of her cargo yesterday afternoon, sailed for Wellington. The John, discharged a quantity of coke at Lyttelton yesterday. and afterward* loaded general cargo for Wellington and Wanaganui and sailed last night. Another new steamer, the Port Hardy, was recently launched for -the Commonwealth and Dominion lane. Ltd. The vessel was constructed at the yards of B. and W. Hawthorn, Leslie and Co., Ltd., at Hob burn-on-Ty ne. Like her immediate prethe Port Auckland. Port Campbell and Port Hunter, the new vessel is specially designed for refrigerator business. Her principal dimensions are:— Length 600 ft, beam 62ft Jin. and depth 36ft bin. She is designed to carry about 11,800 tons dead-weight.
