Mr Marius New York City, Iras written to Mr G. Manning, secretary of the W.E.A., Christchurch, asking him to help in making a complete surrey of the W.E.A. ntorement in all parts of the wotH. He states that he wishes to make the surrey as exhaustive as possible, and. to prepare a bibliography, with the names and addressee of members, which trill lead to a national movement for greater contact and understanding between members. He asks for information as to the people who support the W.E.A. in Christchurch. the curriculum, method of teaching and so on. He is a sudenfc at Columbia University, and hopes to obtain the degree of Ph.D. in the I>e|>arfcmerit of Sociology on Use basis of a study of the W.F.’.A. movement.
