CHARGE AGAINST DOCTOR. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. PARIS, January 13. Doctor Colombet has been charged with culpable homicide. He is alleged to have placed Madame Cabine, who was suffering from appendicitis, on an operating table heated with an electric radiator. As he administered cocaine the woman cried, “ I am being burnt!” the doctor replied. “That is the cocaine.” The woman became insensible. After the operation it was found that her legs and back had been terribly burnt, the coils of the radiator having been red hot. She died in horrible agony in three days.
