(Received January 13, 2.5 p.m.) LONDON, January 12. ’Hie Glasgow police arrested twenty, seven persons, including one woman, who were found in possession of a quantity of ammunition and revolvers One man was also charged with stealing 2000 detonators and several electric batteries. All the accused replied to the Magistrate's questions in Erse. Commenting on the early death of the authoress, Katherine Mansfield, the “ Times ” says that it cuts short a career full of brilliant promise. Miss Mansfield will be interred at Fpntainbleau. She died of phthisis, aged thirty-three.
