As the Invercargill Amateur Athletic Club has decided to cancel the arrangements made by them for the visit of the three American athletes, M. M. Kirk sly, sprinter, C. G. Krogness, hurdler, and J. \Y. Merchant, field games exponent, who are at present on a. tour of the North Island, the exhibition by.those athletes which was set down for next Friday at Lancaster Park, will not now take place. The American team will not visit the South Island.
