THE FRENCH AT ESSEN.
BERLIN, January 11. A meeting of ten thousand people, mostly better class residents of Essen, adopted a protest in connection with France’s violation of the Peace Treaty, declaring that the Ruhr was inseparable from the Fatherland. The French have arrived in Essen.
