MR B. O’NEILL, secretary to the Council of the New Zealand Amateur Swimming Association, has occupied that post for the last four years. Previous to that he had represented the Wellington Centre on the Council since 1914. He has developed the educational side of the Association’s activities. His early experience as an official was gained in Wellington.
