The political correspondent of the. “ Daily Mail” states: “Mr Bonar Law is expected to press at Paris for a reduction of the total reparations to be paid by Germany from £6,600.000.000 jo £2,500,000, (XH), the figure suggested bv the Bankers’ Committee earlier in thq year. His plan, which v. ui he elastic, provides, among other things, for the stringent control of German customs. It will first he submitted to Allied representatives.
