PAY FOR SUNDAY WORK.
WANGANUI WATERSIDERS' ACTION. (Pkr Press Assort atiow.) WANGANUI, December 23. A stop-work meeting of the local branch of the Waterside Workers' Union decided not to work on Sundays at the reduced rate of pay fixed recently by the Arbitration Court. Consequently no Sunday work will be done on the Port Victor, which left last night, the. men refusing engagements.
