A deputation rj siramP-J j calians waited on the Home Secretary (the Hon W. M’Oormack) and explained that, as they were unable to speak English, they misunderstood the comlitons of immigration published in Italy, and requested the Government to wain intending Italian settlers of the position. Mr M’Cormack promised to seek the assistance oi the- Commonwealth with the object of preventing any recur re nee.
