PRISONERS SENTENCED.
♦ DUNEDIN SUPREME COURT. (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, December 18. The following prisoners were sentenced by the Chief Justice Sir R. Stout:— Henry Gye, an habitual criminal out oi license, was left- to the Prisons Hoard to he dealt with on a charge of false pretences, the fresh declaration, as an habitual criminal, was made against him. Joseph Sutherland. for breaking, entering and iheft. was sentenced to four years’ reformative detention Norman Sutherland, for a breach of bis probationary license, was sentenced to two years' reformative detention.
