TWO CHINAMEN FINED. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, December 9. Chin Turn Get and Kum Kin were charged with being in possession of opium in a suitable form for smoking. Thev were fined £3O and £25 respectively, by Air P. K. Hunt, S.M.'
