(Per Ppicsg Association.) WELLINGTON. December o. At the first meeting of the new council of the New Zealand Golf Association. Mr K. C. Kirk was elected chairman. It was decided to ask Arthur Brooks, open champion of New Zealand, to make a thorough inspection of the course at ‘'Vangarnii. to make suggestions to (he Wanganui Club regarding improvements required and report fully on th© course to the New Zealand Golf Association.
