LICENSING COMMITTEES.
LYTTELTON. The quarterly meeting of the Lyttelton Licensing Committee was held to-day in the Lyttelton Courthouse.—Present. Mr H. Y Widdowson, S.M. (chairman) Messrs F. Knight. F. G. Norton, «T. Richardson. An application for the transfer of tbe license of the British Hotol from H. Webb to E. J. Costello was granted. The chairman stated that since the transfer had taken place tlie hotel had been conducted in a satisfactory manner.
