ANDREWS V. ISITT.
THREAT OF A WRIT. “ The whole thing hinges upon the statement by Mr Isitt that the P.P.A. is paying my election < xpenses,” states -Mr F H. Andrew's this mornin; when questioned regarding the action he was reported to be taking against Mr L M. Hitt. Mr Andrews added that Air Isitt continued to repeat that statement time after time in spite of his emphatic denials. Tim remarks made by Mr Isitt last night, said Mr Andrews, were entirely incorrect. Mr Isitt had dealt with matters that had nothing to do with the writ at all. Tn reply to a question as to the probable date when the writ would be issued ago ins'. Mr Isitt. -Mr Andrews replied that the matter was in the kinds of his solicitor {.Mr C. S. Thomas). He could say no more than that at present.
