Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. By Telegraph.—Press Association—Copyright (Received December 4, 10.15 ami.) SYDNEY. December 4. It lias been explained that the Eng lisli seamen were stranded in Sydney through the Seamen’s Union barring their admission. They were on tho verge of being repatriated at the ex pense of the Commonwealth.
