In view of the Christian Socialists’, and Pan-Gerfhans’ opposition iri the Federal Council to the convention relating to a foreign loan, the Government party left the council en bloc. The Government- is again convoking the National Assembly, which will readopt the convention, which will then have force of law without the Federal Council’s consent.
