FOREIGN LOAN CONVENTION. By Telegra-ph—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received December 1, 8.50 a.m.) VIENNA. November 30. In view of the Christian Socialists’, and Pan-Gerfhans’ opposition iri the Federal Council to the convention relating to a foreign loan, the Government party left the council en bloc. The Government- is again convoking the National Assembly, which will readopt the convention, which will then have force of law without the Federal Council’s consent.
