At Jovian d rh^ Alayor (Afr J Gamble) presided over a large and enthusiastic audience. At the close of Air Russell’s speech Mr Claude Cooper proposed and Afr R. Parker seconded a rote of thanks for his splended address and confidence it*, him as the future representative for Avon.
