There are 113 newspapers and fourteen magazines in the United States owned and directed by negroes. Height is the test of the new American architectural genius. To cripple that is a mistake. Some day our cities will be made of buildings a mile high, with landings for flying machines on top. The street car system will be the elevators running up and down, horizontal street cars will run on balconies outside the buildings.”
