The Rome correspondent of the “ Daily Mail ’’ states that the Fascist! throughout Italy have been stirred to great excitement as the result of the statement by their leader. General Mussolini, in the congress at Naples : “ I take a solid oath that either the Government of Italy will be given to Fascisti, or we shall seize it by force." -There has been a recrudescence of Fascisti activity throughout the country.
