EXHIBITION CATERING.
MEAT FROM OVERSEAS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received October 27, 11 a.m.) LONDON, October 26. The Council of the British Society of Meat Importers has forwarded to the Secretaries of Colonies, the Agriculture President of the Board of Trade, and High Commissioners of the Dominions, and the management of the exhibition, a resolution of protest respecting the catering proposal so far as moat is concerned. They state that every ounce Toquired can be obtained from Empire sources, and that it would be a breach ol faith if the proposal policy of admitting foreign meat were carried cut.
