SIR P. LLOYD GRAEME, President of the Board of Trade, was created K.B.E. in 1920, the year in which he became Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Trade He has represented the Hendon division of Middlesex since 1918. He is probably the youngest member of the Cabinet, being just thirty-eight. He served in the war from 1914 to 1917, and was awarded the Military Cross.
