HANNA—WOOD. St Alary’s Alerivale was the scene of a pretty wedding last evening when (Yretta. daughter of Air and Airs .John Walcott AVood. was married to Henry Havelock Hanna. The ceremony was performed by the Ven Archdeacon P. B Haggitt, Air Davis Hunt presiding at the organ. The bride, who entered the church on the arm of he?* father, wore a lovely gown of soft white satin, cut on straight lines from neck to hen. and caught at the side with sprays of orange blossom. Lace formed the dainty side panels and sleeves of the gown, and the train of white brocade, which fell from the shoulder.*, was lined with palest rank georgette. She wore a beautiful hand-embroidered veil, bound with a. circlet of pearls and carried ji shower bouquet of white flowers with bow and streamers of pink tulle. The two bridesmaids. Alisa Rita- Haworth. of Auckland, pousin of the bride, and Afiss Eileen Lascelles. wore charmino little frocks of rose pink taffetas, made with a crossover bodice and a plain skirt with a scalloped hem. niching being lavishly employed as a trimming. Instead of hats they wore veils of soft pink tulle, hound with little caps of pink ribbon. They carried bouquet of irises. The bridegroom was attended bv Air Ross Lascelles as besrt man. and by Air Lvnton Wood, brother of the bride, a s groomsman.
