At ilie Police Court-, as the sequel to an inquest, on Monday, Martha -Jane O’Shaughnessv, fifty-six, and Kathleen Irene Tmrie. her daughter-in-law. twen-ty-nine, were charged with having at Auckland, on August 16, by omission without lawful excuse to perform or observe their legal duty, caused the death of Elsie May Fraider.
