SUPREME COURT SENTENCES
AUCKLAND SESSION. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND. August 23. At the Supreme Court, Matthew George Scott (18) for theft, was sentenced to two sears’ probation ; Charles William Wahle, for theft, forgery and uttering, was sentenced to three gears’ reformative treatment : Albert Hugo Korth, lor theft, and forging savings hank slips was sentenced to twelve months on each charge, sentences to b.‘. concurrent ; Charles Murphy, on five i harges of breaking and theft, and o i four charges of stealing* motor-cars, was sentenced to three years’ reformative treatment.
