TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOLS TOURNAMENT. The annual Technical High Schools tourrament- commences to-morrow afternoon at Lancaster Park with a match between the Invercargill an 1 Christchurch, teams. The visitors are reported to hare a, good solid team, having won the third grade Rugby Union competition in their province, while the Christchurch team i* about the best the day school has produced so far. Tn the secondary schools competition they entered for the second grade, but an they were winning their games quite* easily the team wont up into first grade, which was quite a sportsmanlike action.
