America’s Pacific Attitude. Speech By President Harding. Sv Telegrraph—Press Association—Oopyriarht Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received August 22, 10.55 a.m.) WASHINGTON, August 21. President Harding, in a speech at a military training camp, said: “ There is no thought in America of armed warfare. It is not designed on the part of your country to carry on an armed campaign in any direction, and we are concerned only with peace and the security of peace.”
