"Wanganui and New Plymouth. The Kini is due to-morrow from Timaru to load for Napier, Gisborne and New Plymouth. She will call at Wellington on her way north. The Wingatui ie due back from Dunedin via ports on Wednesday to load for Auckland. The Wakatu is due to-morrow from Katkov ra. The Kennedy is due to-night from Wellington to load for Foxton. She leaves for that port to-morrow. The Katoa is due on Sunday from Wellington with Auckland cargo for discharge. GALE TO ENTER INTERCOLONIAL TRADE. The Canterbury Steamship Company's steamer, Gale, was docked at Lyttelton this morning for cleaning and painting, prior to entering the intercolonial trade. The vessel will sign intercolonial articles this afternoon, and is expected to leave Lyttelton to-morrow night or Thursday morning for Newcastle, to load timber for Lyttelton. A rumour was current in Port to the effect that the vessel was proceeding to Australia with a view to being sold, but this is denied by the owners. It is not known how long the Gale will remain ir the service. Captain Robertson, who has been in command for some months, is coming ashore for instruction, and a. new captain will be secured. COAL AND TIMBER SUPPLIES. The Kamona, from Greymouth. is due 3n Sunday with a part cargo of coal for Lyttelton and Wellington. A wireless message received from the Union Company’s intercolonial steamer Paloona, on route, from Melbourne, states that the vessel should arrive in the stream at Wellington at four o’clock this afternoon. She is to sail from Wellington tomorrow for Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. OVERSEA SHIPPING. The steamer Eastern Sea, en route from New York, left Auckland on Tuesday for Wellington, where she is due on Friday. The vessel is to leave Wellington on Monday for New Plymouth. Sydney and Melbourne. According to a radio message received from the Whakatane, outward bound from Liverpool, the vessel was due to arrive at Auoklaud early this morning. After discharging part cargo at Auckland, the Whakatane will come south to Wellington where she is due in about a week’s time. The Anglo-Saxon Petroleum Company’s e.s. Physa was to leave Wellington yesterday afternoon for Timaru to continue discharge of oil from Singapore. She will later proceed to Newcastle. The Port Albany arrived from Wanganui via Wellington yesterday to complete her loading for London. She will leave for London on Saturday. The Westmoreland is now expected from Dunedin on Saturda.v
