VULCANISER’S AFFAIRS. / LARGE MEETING OF CREDITORS. There was au attendance of twenty.five creditors or their representatives at a meeting to-day in connection with the j bankrupt estate of Herbert Frederick Wil- j liams, vulcanising specialist.
