MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
TO-DAY'S CASES. CHRISTCHURCH. ('"Before Mr Wyvern Wilson, ft.M.) DR V NKENN ESS. One first offender was fined ss. in default 24 hours’ imprisonment. John Fry. a second offender. was •sentenced to two days' imprisonment, and on his own application, was made subject to a prohibition order. ALLEGED THEFT. Charles Hamilton Rorner, was charged that, between May 10 and -May 18 ai Christchurch, he received £ls from diver* persons on terms requiring him 10 account for the money received to John Francis Rhodes, and that he failed to do so. The accused was remanded to appear on August 18.
