CONSPIRACY REVEALED.

Jerome Kearns, a horse trainer, was remanded at the Bow Street Court fov conspiring with Gerald Riviere to obtain a passport to enable Riviere to abscond from England in December after being committed for sentence on a charge on whioh he was recently convicted.
The police gave evidence that Kearns visited Cook’s Tourist office, and filled in an application form in the name of “ George Gordon,** bearing a fiotitious addreßS.
