Dainty dance frock in powder blue rharmeuse. with long straight bodice and three-tiered skirt. An effective finish at the waist is a wreath of tin >’ pink rosebuds and a large bow of pink tulle. Edges are hound with silver tissue ribbon. (Pattern 202.)
