THE BOY SCOUTS.

FULLER FLAG COMPETITION. The Boy Scouts of tho Canterbury central province paraded this morning in King Edward Barracks, when the flag was saluted by them. The parade was in charge of District Commissioner G. J. Lancaster, and Scouts were present from Belfast and Lyttelton. The parade was inspected by BrigadierGeneral A. W. Andrews, who also addressed the Scouts. The Dominion rally was given in honour of Commissioner Lancaster. The competition for the Fuller Fire Flag was held, and resulted as follows: New Brighton A 1 Time —28 l-sseo (penalty 2sec), respiration 44 points, rubbing 5 points. New Brighton B 2 Time—3l l-sseo (no penalty), respiration 4 points, rubbing 4 points. Sydenham also competed. Mr W. Juries was judge of the competition.
