BERLIN, May 31, A Russo-German Trust lias . been formed at Moscow with the approval ■of the Soviet. The leading firms concerned are Krupps and Herr Stinnos’ group, and they have a capital of 30,000.000,000 paper money. The German group takes up half of the shares, and the other half are held by the Russian Commissariat, and the Foreign Trade and Supreme Economic Council. It is stated that the Germans will gain control of the metallurgical and mining industries, and wil establish now foundries and metallurgical factories in Russia.
