ACCUSED FOUND NOT GUILTY. By Telegraph—Preas Association —Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. MELBOURNE. May 21. In the Badak case the jury found Scarborough, Clarke and Orton not guilty of conspiracy. The foreman added that the jury were of the opinion that the accused, though not guilty of conspiracy, were guilty of misrepresentation. Accused were discharged. Henry Scarborough, Alfred Clarke and Thomas West Orton were charged with conspiracy as a, result of an investigation into the reason for the boom and remarkable collapse of thj Badak tin share-.
