Mrs Tuckett, the widow of Colonel Tuckett, has returned to England from Bagdad, where the Arabs, murdered her huaband. Colonel Tuckett came to England with the Australian forces, and obtained a commission, and later married a naval officer’s daughter Mrs Tuckett, describing the murder, said that she was with her husband and babv when marauding Arabs visited their home during the night and hammered at the door. Colonel Tuckett opened it, and was shot down and killed immediately.
